June is The month in which flowers abound and cottage gardens fill to the brim with blooms. The blossoms burst out into a cornucopia abundance. Why?? Because it is the end of Spring and beginning of Summer. The transition from wet to heat brings out the beauty.

There are so many flowers that bloom, but the one that really stand out are the roses. Roses not only symbolize love in all its many moods and variations.

June has always been known as the bridal month full of Romance, Committment, and Everlasting Love. Maybe this is why the rose is the birth flower of June. Not only for the blooms timing but because of the symbolism.

Roses come in many varieties, colors, sizes, and shapes.

After all “a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” -William Shakespeare Romeo and Juliette
