Pennants are and easy way decorate for a holiday. Creating a pennant banner can be simple. I have two easy pennants banner posts. You can pick which one works best for you.
The Pennant Pattern is easy to create.
Take a standard sheet of paper.
Fold the paper in half.
Measure down 9 1/2 inches and draw a line.
Take the ruler and draw a line from the top corner to line you drew to make a triangle.
Cut it out
Open and start to cut your pennants.
